My family is very important to me.

My wife Lisa is a children’s librarian. She is also a professional storyteller.

Lisa is very creative. She specializes in producing flannels and flannel patterns for children’s storytimes.

My daughter Rachel (right) visited Australia in the summer of 2003 as part of a sports exchange program and is currently a trumpet player in the Hilliard Marching Band.

My younger daughter Carly (left) plays saxophone and is currently learning how to play tennis.

Both daughters are very good with small children and both babysit on a regular basis.
